PGT English/ Hindi/ Maths/ Physics/ Chemistry/ Biology: Two years’ Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc. The course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject.
Note:- Candidate having only Special B.Ed. are not eligible for the post of PGT.
Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications.
PGT Computer Science: B.E or B. Tech. (Computer Science/IT) from a recognized University or equivalent Degree or Diploma from an institution/ university recognized by the Govt. of India.
Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs): Four years’ Integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
PRTs (Primary Teachers): Graduation with at least 50% marks & Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
Computer Instructor: B. E, / B.Tech(Computer Science)/B.C.A/M.C.A/M.Sc(Computer Science).
Regional Language Teacher (ODIA) (Odia Coach): Graduate with Honors in Odia with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed. from a recognized university.
Yoga Instructor: Graduation with Diploma/Degree in Yoga from a Govt. Recognized Institution.
Vocational instructor for Sports (Sports Coach): Graduation with Recognized Diploma in Physical education or B.P.Ed..
Vocational instructor for Music (Music Coach): Degree/Diploma in the concerned field from any recognized institution.
Vocational instructor for Art (Arts Coach): Degree/Diploma in the concerned field from any recognized institution.
Nurse: Diploma in nursing/Diploma in General Nursing & Midwife Course/B.Sc. Nursing.
Counselor: MA / M.Sc. (Psychology) from a recognized College or University + Regular 01 Year Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling.
