Qualification

• WIC Operator for Regional Vaccine Store:

•  Full-time regular ITI (2 years duration) in Electrician/ Electronic Mechanic Trade. The course must be approved by the National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT)/State Council of Vocational Training (SCVT) and candidates who have pursued the ITI course in Distance learning mode shall not be eligible.

• STS under RNTCP: 

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Recognized sanitary inspector’s course.

• Certificate course in computer operation (minimum 2 months).

• Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two-wheelers.

• Pharmacist cum Logistic Assistant SSMTC under NVBDCP: 

• The candidate must have passed in “Degree/Diploma in
  Pharmacy. Minimum 1-year Experience in managing a drug store in a reputed hospital/health
  center recognized by the Govt.

• SSMTC under NVBDCP:

•  He/She should be Science Graduate in Biology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology. In areas where a candidate with the desired qualification is not available, a Graduate with a science subject in Class-XI and XII will be considered. One year of practical experience in medical/biological laboratories will be given preference.

• Laboratory Technician for Mobile Blood Service:

•  Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.L.T).

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.L.T).

• Should have completed 10+2 before obtaining a diploma or degree.

• The degree or diploma should be from a University/Institution recognized by the

  Central Government or State Government.

• The candidate should be registered with the concerned Para-medical Council if

  applicable.

• Knowledge of computers.

• Counselor cum Public Relation Officer for Mobile Blood Service:

• Post-Graduate in Social Work Development.

• Psychiatric Nurse under the Mental Health Programme:

• The candidate must have passed in GNM/B.Sc. Nursing from any 3 Govt. Nursing schools of Medical colleges/ School of nursing MCL, Talcher/ IGH, Rourkela or other recognized private institutions duly approved by INC and must have registered in the Odisha Nurses & Midwives Council.

• S/he must have a Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing.

• In absence of Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing, candidates having basic qualifications as mentioned at (i) above with 1-month training in Psychiatric Nursing in NIMHANS, C1P, LGBRIMH-Tezpur or other identified institutions; as per the list attached may be considered.

• Pharmacist under NUHM: 

• Must have passed + 2 Science Examination under the Council of Higher Secondary Education. Odisha/equivalent & Diploma in Pharmacy from Govt. Medical College & Hospitals of the State/ any other recognized Private Institution duly approved by A.I.C.T.E. and examination conducted by Odisha Pharmacy Board.

• Pharmacist & ANM for MHT under RBSK:

• Must have passed + 2 Science Examination under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha/equivalent & Diploma in Pharmacy from Govt. Medical College & Hospitals of the State/ any other recognized Private Institution duly approved by A.I.C.T.E. and examination conducted by Odisha Pharmacy Board.
