Essential Qualification for the Post of PGTs
- Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with minimum 50% marks & B.Ed from a recognized University.
Note: The candidates should be competent to teach both in English & Hindi medium.
Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs)
- Four years Integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
PRTs (Primary Teachers)
- Graduation with at least 50% marks & Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
Computer Instructor
- B. E, / B.Tech(Computer Science)/B.C.A/M.C.A/M.Sc(Computer Science).
Regional Language Teacher (ODIA) (Odia Coach)
- Graduate with Honors in Odia with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed. from a recognized university.
Yoga Instructor
- Graduation with Diploma/Degree in Yoga from a Govt. Recognized Institution.
Sports (Sports Coach)
- Graduation with Recognized Diploma in Physical education or B.P.Ed.
Vocational instructor for Music (Music Coach)
- Degree/Diploma in the concerned field from any recognized institution.
Vocational instructor for Art (Arts Coach)
- Degree/Diploma in the concerned field from any recognized institution.
Doctor
- MBBS with MCI/ MCO Registration.
Nurse
- Diploma in nursing/Diploma in General Nursing & Midwife Course/B.Sc. Nursing.
NCC trainer
- Ex-serviceman or NCC “C “ certificate holder.
- Candidates who have qualified in the CTET conducted by CBSE will be given preference for the post of TGT & PRT.
